Walking down this torn & rocky road in such disbelief,
"Where am I supposed to go? How would I be able to proceed?"
It hasn't been the easiest path that I have travelled down,
I must see how I can break out of this unsettled cycle without uttering a sound.
It isn't easy, I know I still have a long way to go,
But I won't say I have regrets because that only shows I haven't grown.
There were lessons learned & there is plenty more to realize,
I think you would most definitely agree, if you were by my side.
Now the time has come where I must learn how to stay humble,
I need to remain strong physically & mentally inside this concrete jungle.
One day though, as I keep these thoughts in my mind,
I will see a clearer picture with all of my goals fully aligned.
