Bipolar

Attempting to shadow my bad intentions,
It becomes difficult to show the good side some attention.

The reason for my manic depression,
You have become my guilty obsession.
I smile when I envision you,
But it soon turns to a frown because I know I shouldn't love you.

A taste of the forbidden fruit,
I yearn for a bite,
My thoughts are awfully wrong,
But yet, it feels so right.

Is this good or bad?
Should I be happy or sad?
I am not sure how to feel,
How do I know what's real?

You have made my emotions run through this maze,
My heart battling with my mind over the mess its made.

Maybe one day, everything will seem much more clear.
Until then, my thoughts will remain joyful with fear.

Ecstasy

Grab my hand and lead me into the bedroom,
Lay me down on the soft, silk sheets.
I know this time was going to arrive soon,
Now let yourself indulge in a sweet treat.

As you caress my body with your slick tongue,
Tracing the artwork that covers me,
Your touch has left me absolutely stunned,
I quiver, as an overwhelming feeling comes over me.

Wait, slow down, I'm not ready to reach my peak,
But you refuse to listen, as you feel my knees get weak.
You start to move rapidly, as you hear my moans get louder,
My body loses gravity, you take over my soul with your power.

As I climax to the point of ecstasy,
I am finally at peace in my moment of clarity.

Heartbreak Sonnet

I once thrived off of your powerful energy
Now I am weak, you have become my enemy
What once were sunny days and shining nights
Has turned into a horror film filled with fright.

Afraid to close my eyes and sleep,
In fear of losing you in my dreams.
My mind is the only place where you'll forever stay
So I must protect my thoughts from running astray.
I am lost, wandering alone in the darkness,
You were my light, without you now I am sightless.

Can you hear my cries?
Do you feel my pain?
It seems as if all hope has died
This beautiful portrait horribly stained.
Our perfect image has become distorted
All attempts to save US has been thwarted.
